Picnic Pairing

Enjoy a delicious Picnic Pairing on our Tasting Room Courtyard with a view of the garden and Quail Hill vineyard. The seasonal food has been sourced from the estate and from local purveyors and is prepared by Estate Chef, David Frakes.

A glass of 2011 Russian River Valley Chardonnay is paired with a bowl of organic popcorn with Bing cherry-basil salt. Your host will then serve a seasonal salad with heirloom tomatoes and radish in a peach-tarragon vinaigrette, and an herb-marinated skirt steak with olallieberry aioli, shaved Mezzo Secco and grilled garden onion wrapped in lavash. Featured with the wrap will be a glass of 2012 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.

The Pairing comes to a leisurely close with a selection of orchard or garden fruit, and a Mariposa plum-sugar cookie and a Callebaut chocolate wafer, both freshly baked that day.
