PICNIC PAIRING

Picnic Pairings return to Lynmar Estate this year on Friday, April 17th, 2015. A favorite summer offering at the Estate, guests can enjoy a farm to table lunch with tableside service paired with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Three different Estate and locally sourced picnic pairing menus will be introduced over the summer, inviting guests to return for exciting new culinary experiences throughout the season. Guests are invited to enjoy their lunch and wine pairings on the beautiful Tasting Room Courtyard that overlooks the stunning Quail Hill Vineyard.
Lynmar Esate Reservations

Served in the Courtyard overlooking Lynmar Estate's Quail Hill Vineyard, the year's first picnic offering begins with a bowl of tossed organic popcorn sprinkled with Moro blood orange-chervil salt. A glass of Chardonnay compliments a salad of estate field greens, shaved fennel, celery & watermelon daikon radish, dressed with our Bliss House Meyer lemon-grain mustard vinaigrette. The entrée, paired with a glass of Lynmar Estate Pinot Noir, is a sandwich of Black Forest ham served in warm Village Bakery brioche roll, topped with Bellwether Farm’s San Andreas, grilled garden scallions, Bibb lettuce and huckleberry-lavender thyme aioli.

All picnics are served with fresh fruit and house made cookies.
