Enjoy a delicious Picnic Pairing on our Tasting Room Courtyard with a view of the garden and Quail Hill Vineyard. This seasonal food offering has been sourced from the estate and from local purveyors and is prepared by Estate Chef, David Frakes.
The picnic begins with a bowl of organic popcorn sprinkled with tangelo salt. Your host will then serve a seasonal salad with scarlet radish, celery and golden beets dressed with a mission fig-yuzu vinaigrette. Our gourmet signature wrap features smoked Willie Bird turkey with goat cheddar, white onion, and Gravenstein apple-raspberry aioli wrapped in lavash.
The pairing comes to a leisurely close with a selection of orchard or garden fruit and house-made cookies freshly baked that day.
All Picnic Pairings are served with a glass of Lynmar Estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
