We are pleased to host a select number of corporate and private events at our winery located in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Our winery has welcomed leadership of international relief organizations, senior academics, corporate meetings, and intimate celebrations with family and friends.
The Lynmar Winery Hospitality Center welcomes guests into a salon environment where every view orients you to our Quail Hill Vineyard, the heart of Lynmar wines. The Hospitality Center offers the ideal setting to stimulate fresh ideas or celebrate with friends. Call on the expertise of the Lynmar Winery team to create a memorable occasion at our facility with our limited-production, ultra-premium wines, our own winery chef and music director.

Hospitality Salon, large groups
The facility can support groups as small and intimate as 10 or 20 as well as larger receptions and corporate meetings. Each area of the Hospitality Center opens into another for large events or closes to create privacy for executive meetings or small gatherings. The facility's core venues consist of a fully wired conference room, tasting room, courtyard and winery cave. We have a full service professional kitchen and winery chef on staff. The entire Lynmar Hospitality Center may be used for your event. Availability is on a select basis and may be subject to seasonality.
Conference Room, 20 persons
This is the perfect location to hold a conference or board meeting. This room can accommodate up to 20 people and is equipped with a/v and meeting support including:

- Conference Phone
- Table Dynamics
- Breakout Options
- This venue also has a support room with sink, refrigerator and storage.
Tasting Room, 50 persons
The Tasting Room offers a perfect venue for a reception or sit down dinner. The doors leading to the courtyard can be opened to allow maximum flow in and out. This area can only be exclusive before or after business hours unless you reserve the entire Hospitality Center.
Tasting Room + Conference Room, large groups
The Conference Room glass doors can open into the Tasting Room area or be closed for privacy. When these doors are open they create a larger venue for presentations or receptions.
Courtyard, large groups
This venue, perfect for larger groups, overlooks our 42-acre estate vineyard and includes a sweeping view of the Laguna de Santa Rosa, a protected freshwater wetland that is home to dozens of birds and other wildlife. The courtyard has the option of being tented to provide protection from weather. It is the perfect spot for luncheons or dinners, supported by a full commercial kitchen. This is an outdoor venue and subject to seasonal conditions. May be combined with the tasting room and conference room to create a space comprised of 3,892 square feet.
Winery Cave Library Room, 20 persons
Our winery's barrel aging cave library room is the perfect location for a reception and it offers a dramatic setting to meet and greet. This is a climate-controlled location for our wine, so limited duration of 30 up to 45 minutes is recommended.

Other Supported Venues:
Covered Patio, 450 square feet
Located adjacent to the tasting bar, this spot is perfect for small groups of up to 15 people and provides a scenic panorama of our vineyards. Perfect for breakout groups.
Veranda
Located outside the Conference Room, this area can be set up with tables and chairs to support breakout groups or lunches.
Trellised Walkway
This is another area that can be used for group breakout sessions. Located on the southern end of the courtyard, it can be set with tables or benches for small group activity.
Winery Deck
This venue can be set for an afternoon lunch or reception. It can accommodate up to 30 people and offers one of the most dramatic views of our vineyards and the Laguna. The venue is not available during peak harvest season and during other high activity days at the winery.

Service Notes
- Rentals: Lynmar Winery will assist you with all equipment rentals (linens, dishes, additional tables, and additional chairs, etc). Rental contracts are billed separately.
- Catering: Lynmar Winery works with each event host to create a menu that suits the specific event. We have an on-staff winery chef who can work with you to create special meals that complement the wines and can work with your own caterer to do the same.
- Music: We have a world-renowned music director who can work with you to make music a special part of your event.
- Alcoholic Beverages: Only Lynmar labeled wines may be served. No other alcoholic beverages, including beer or liquor, may be served on premises.
- Concierge Services: Work with Lynmar event staff to book tastings and tour itineraries at neighboring Russian River Valley wineries.
